Draft PIPaL Case Study now available

The PIPaL project is now almost finished, and we thought it would be good to give people the opportunity to peruse our key deliverable prior to its formal submission to JISC.  This is the Process Improvement Pilot at Loughborough case study, which details our experiences applying the JISC Relationship Management Self-Analysis Framework.  It also provides feedback to JISC on areas where we felt the framework was weak or could benefit from further work.  The final version of the report will be submitted to JISC on the 30th of April, and we’d welcome any feedback that you may have on it.
